How will you get the smoke smell to go away?
Don’t worry. We have never once in our 25 years had a smoke smell return in a structure after completion (which is a common problem in the industry). Our smoke mitigation processes are proven and are 100% successful every single time.
Everyone claims they are an expert – can you prove it?
Every project manager and team leader (and even the majority of our helpers) has the related industry certifications from the IICRC. WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, UPH, among others. Our standard is a 90% or higher score to be considered "certified".
Our owner is currently working to become an instructor for the IICRC (teaching the trade to other companies around the country).
I had companies showing up before the firemen were even gone, telling us A, B, and C... and I don’t know what to believe or do.
Do not EVER sign a contract under duress. There are innumerable numbers of companies whose contracts put you in harm’s way – such as waiving your rights to a rouge public adjuster that charges 20% of your losses cost.
NOTHING other than board up can happen until the fire department ‘releases the scene’. If you are told to not communicate with your insurer until after they have started work, or they’ll handle it all, do not take the bait.
Do you work with my insurer?
Yes. Additionally, we will likely know your assigned adjuster as we work with many of them on a regular basis.
How much will this cost and will I have out of pocket expenses?
We use the industry standard estimating software Xactimate. Over 90% of all insurers use the same software. Our pricing is in line with your carrier's expectations. The other 10% use Symbility (we have that too).
What is a packout?
A packout is when your contents are moved partially or entirely to our facility for cleaning, deodorization, and storage. This may be because there is too much damage and we cannot feasibly restore them and the structure otherwise.
